removed all Fatigue features from MWC sheetworker
...
proper OW enforces a -10 to all Tests at any Fatigue level, which at no point applies to Bonuses or Characteristics
that Armor Limit could be nice to keep though.
You might have noticed by now, my philosophy with this sheet is to keep OW rules as much as possible, but some extra features that don't affect the main rules don't hurt either

Stat-based rolls now benefit from Unnatural DoS!
Reverted most "number" inputs in the main area to "text". It looks bad, deforms boxes, and overall it's much better to just trust the player to use correct input.
Sheetworker copied in large part from ChtiKenny, meaning there's functionality for AGI-limiting armor, a fatigue ignore button, and Shadowbane's fatigue rules.
Wait, that last part shouldn't be there!
