Michael 54f8236dd0 new reworked version of Dungeonslayers 4 charactersheet

new folder as requested in https://github.com/Roll20/roll20-character-sheets/pull/2537
- added new values and attributes
- added repeating sections for weapon, armor, items, talents, and spells
- added progress point system
- removed restrictions (e.g. classes and races)
- added german language (main audience)
- added worker scripts for calculating fields
- added roll buttons for many recurring tasks
