kitchen-ace e8900f613d [Without Numbers] Bugfix: remove min="0" from WWN secondary dex field ...

The sheet for the Worlds Without Number system adds a second Dex Mod input
that is linked to the main one, but sets min="0" when the main one doesn't
(and shouldn't). This causes annoying errors when Dex Mod goes below 0.
