Maxim Mytarev b90c0811cd Macros and visual improvements 
- Realigned some fields
- Removed external links to images
- Added default values for the fields
- Added The Grind section (duplicates Conditions, but has different order, as for the rules)
- Changed Conditions table from two columns to one for the order of recovery
- Added rollable buttons for Abilities and Skills
- Added Beginner's Luck buttons, also with rollable macros
- Realigned Skills to two columns for better user expirience
- Changed Level Requirements by rules errata
