Added 3 missing skills. Fixed display areas for role traits and weight/encumbrance. Set up ability to change between feet / pounds and other units. Added display for minimum maneuver penalty. Removed autocalcs for weight penalty calculation, encumbrance calculations, and movement calculations, and replaced them with sheetworkers. Removed Profession and Race indexes and reformatted sheetworkers to handle setting race and profession values and bonuses in a much better fashion. Removed a bunch of attributes that weren't being used in the function from getAttrs calls. Reformatted a bunch of calculations and setAttrs calls to streamline them and reduce the number of setAttrs used. Added change:skillrecalc to a bunch of functions which should have it.
