* Styling, Use Button, NPC sheet update

Added fixed sheet sizes and a black border to clean up the sheet displays.
Added a "USE" button with the lifestyle bonus
Allowed equipment USE and Lifestyle USE to stack into the DIE modifier field instead of overriding it.
Updated Sheet Tab order to have PC tabs together and GM tabs together
Fixed "SKILLS" header on the NPC sheet
Shortened NPC & PC Equipment Fields for better display
fixed NPC sheet to fully encompass the NOTES section.

* Updated footer graphics to point at the github repository

Changed graphics from their temporaray IMGUR home to their GITHUB home.

* Added Attacks to Vaesen Sheet, Added condition Value boxes to Vaesen sheet

Add a missing section to the Vaesen Sheet.  Attacks.  uses the same stats as the PC sheet, but rolls off of might for all attacks.
Added a condition value box, with the aim to have these auto roll with the Vaesen dice.

* Updated layout and added tooltips

Updated font sizes, generally made them slightly smaller.
Narrowed the main PC sheet so it is easier to view on a monitor.
Added tool-tips to Attributes & Skills

* Updated the SampleSheet with the new layout.

New screenshot of the entire PC sheet.

* Added ability to just roll the modified dice, allowing basic checks if needed

* Slight update to diemod button and lifestyle bonus

Changed lifestyle bonus to lifesyle to it's use button fits on the same line.
Added a tooltip to the die mod roll button
