* New Beacon Character sheet

Create new copy of beacon branch without external sheet files.

* Update beacon.html

Fix Armor dex effects

* Update beacon.html

Final fixes.  Made more tweeks to fix behaviour of AC to Dex Bonuses, dex bonuses for light melee weapons, fix weapon calculations and make equip button refresh row values.

* update sheet footer and readme

Minor metadata fixes for the pull request
