Kuro Character sheet

Second Release of Kuro character sheet.

Done:
* *Rolls* added for skills, initiative and weapon damage
* *Roll template* added roll template that signals when 4's are rolled for ease of play
* *Secondary characteristics generation*: secondary characteristics are now derived from primary characteristics
* *Skills*: added skills area
* *Gimikku*: added special rolls feature

Todo:
* *Rolls*: add computed rolls so that 4's are automatically substracted from results according to the Shi rule
