Big update covering bug fixes, improvements, and adaptation of material from Hunter's Journal and Slayer's Survival Kit.
General, non-HJ/SSK stuff done:
- Added gear tag reference
- Fixed some bugs with the Hardcase 2020 implementation
- Fixed a missing Haven option for the Expert
- Added optional wound tracking to the harm tracker
- Mild tuning of the CSS for dark mode support
- Added the ability to include a die roller button with playbook custom moves
- Added a custom team playbook
- Added fields for Survival Scenarios from Apocrypha to the Mystery Sheet
SSK:
- Added new Weird Moves
- New tags for Organisations (Agencies & Sects)
- Adapted all 9 new hunter playbooks
- Adapted all 9 new teambooks
HJ:
- Added Hunter Story support, questionnaires and resolution moves, for all 66 predefined hunter stories
- Added ability to make a custom Hunter Story
- Added new options for existing playbooks (Chosen, Divine, Exile, Expert, Hex, Meddling Kid, Monstrous)

- Updated dev scripts. HTML is now minified for production. Minifying the HTML may give a slight performance. YMMV
...
- Found/fixed a few additional syntax errors that were causing HTML minification to fail.
- Fixed Attack/CMB button text from overflowing. Added padding to roll template table category headings.

Fixed Enemy Defense Rename
...
Fixed uncaught bug. Changed the order of the Enemy Defense rename fix, it occurred lower in the 0.1 fix but all_attributes was called by a process higher in the code. This caused a length query to fail.
