[Coriolis Alternative] Bug and layout fixes ( #7109 )

* Fixed targeting rolls
Target Armor was not working properly for players (only for GM) because of them trying to call on target abilities. Created hidden buttons on character sheet for targeting enemy armor / enemy ship armor instead!
* Added default ship modules to the ship sheet
* Layout changes and CSS cleanup
* Added missing translation key
