Darth-John 5ad85304ef Deplete Alt Rules 
Ability to switch between alternate deplete rules.

New alternate deplete rules use an Energy Point reservation system instead of subtracting EP spent due to Deplete limiter.

Deplete alt rule can be enabled/disabled in Default Sheet Settings for new characters, or in Sheet Options for existing characters.
