Added a Talents tab. Improved Initiative, aim, & reroll buttons. Made more things translatable. Added a game lock for use by Green Ronin, for publishing sheets for select settings.

I found quite a few small bugs, and was able to fix them. I added an optional tie-breaker for initiative, and an ability to reroll stunt dice.

Making some Bugfixes to AGE Sheet with option "The Expanse":
* Expanse-Image shown on every tab
* renamed "expert" to "earther"
* Header-info-top shown in all tabs
* Header-info-top with fields "Level", "Origin", "Social-Class", Background" "Profession", and "Drive"
* Attributes "Accuracy", "Fighting", and "Intelligence" enabled in Character tab and Focuses tab
* Field "Health" is named "Fortune" in "The Expanse", so in this sheet
* AGE System missing translation
missing translation tags in translation.json added
* AGE translation too much u
some items were erroneous. I removed the "-u" where not used in the html :)
