- Updated dev scripts. HTML is now minified for production. Minifying the HTML may give a slight performance. YMMV
...
- Found/fixed a few additional syntax errors that were causing HTML minification to fail.
- Fixed Attack/CMB button text from overflowing. Added padding to roll template table category headings.

- webapack updated to minify HTML for production builds and copy css and translation files to dist and prod folders to help with roll20 sadnbox better detect changes in the custom sandbox.

- dev dependencies updated
- found errant newline in textarea and needed to esacpe a "less than character" that was causing minification to fail.
