Added a Talents tab. Improved Initiative, aim, & reroll buttons. Made more things translatable. Added a game lock for use by Green Ronin, for publishing sheets for select settings.

I found quite a few small bugs, and was able to fix them. I added an optional tie-breaker for initiative, and an ability to reroll stunt dice.
