RMSS: More Translations +
...
Add toggle and code to switch between std skill stats and alt skill
stats, toggle to calc dev points or not, added third stat to all skill
category rolls, fixed alt skill stat for 1handed edged weapons, fixed
order for pole arms vs thrown weapons, added titles for pronouns
section, fixed a couple of malformed data-i18n tags, added sheetworker
for development point calculation, updated sheetworkers calculating stat
bonuses, fixed typo in "occurring" in several sections. Updated css to
support the new toggles.

RMSS: More Sheet Worker updates

Also re-arranged internals so I could get the tabs working how I wanted,
moved PC/NPC/Role Template Info from big tabs to smaller buttons up top.
Calculating values when changing setup from no calcs to calcs working
now. Profession and Race set-ups for RMSS Standard Rules Book are now
working.

with highlight for 66 roll on live version, not just temp version.
Remove temp version so it won't get updated accidentally again. Add
version with no third stat bonus for skill in case it's wanted.

Add base value=0 for hit points and npc hit points, some cosmetic
adjustments to hit point. power point, exhaustion point tables. Add npc
Special defenses/other combat info area. Update attack code reminder
again (will it stick?). Fix roll template skill category example.
