* PokeroleV2 CSS correction

There was an aesthetic bug in the CSS code that passed notice. It didn't harm any data, but it forced the strong tags in other areas to display incorrectly.

* Updated Aesthetics - Sheet background by type, layouts, badges, awards.

* Spacing fixes, added contest features.

- Added coordinator rank, notoriety skills (if unranked, they are hidden).
- Rollers now list in a more sensible order (equation, pool, mod, button).

* Additional aesthetic change - floating character header

Converted the original character header into a sticky floating header. This way if multiple sheets are visible, character name is always available.
