Added some old roll templates back

Added the previous roll templates back, future change is to add 2nd roll
button to use the smaller roll templates for people only wanting to see
a single roll and result.

Add Workerscript and remove roll2 and roll3

created a Workerscript to enable autocalculation of Damage Bonus and
Build even for people without a Pro DM.
Severely reduced logic around attribute and skill rolls but need to
improve the rolltemplates further. Got rid of Roll2 and Roll3 as only
one roll is needed for comparison.
Added derived value for dodge and own Language

Added option for pulp hit points.
...
In the Hit Points section, a checkbox allows for a "Pulp HP" option. If
selected, the character's hit points are doubled, as per the optional
"Pulp Cthulhu" rules.

Fixing up the sheet notes in the json file. URL to autocalc script was not showing underscores. Escaped to fix, hopefully that works. Also updated the damage bonus reference to include 1/2 db and fixed a spelling typo.
