Added updated Ammo by The Aaron. Finally found a way to surface the index to a repeating section row by hacking the roll query parser. Calling it SRISH, Stone Repeating Index Surfacing Hack.

Played with using the Ammo script on repeating sections. removed implementation until it can be determined that the weapon reference can be passed and used in a button.

- Track XP and Money expenditure with a ledger
