Fixed #50 and #52 - Moved help page out to a wiki page that's linked in the footer of the sheet. Moved Armour table into it's own page to tidy up the inventory section a little.

Fixed #59 - Updated damage/crit text accross the sheet to improve readability and updated the damage line on spells to provide an option to suppress crit damage rolls/text where appropriate (such as magic missle, spells that require saves, etc...)

Fixed #62 - Tweaked the finesse mod calc to be a single line rather than multi line. This seems to have improved the response time of any rolls that use it by quite a bit. There is still a little lag but now it seems to be around (or even less than) 1 sec as opposed to the 1-3 secs I saw in testing...and nowhere near the > 5 secs some reports suggested.
